Getting a right Job, Its a very important and crucial part of your life. Your career depends on your job. Its always said that, You should try to get your dream job but the bitter truth is not all of us can get our dream job. Some has to struggle more than other to get his dream job.

In Life, For getting anything you need a plan, strategy and focus. These three things make your dreams come true and uplift you to the maximum of your ability. I would like to recommend these steps to follow:

Beginner:

The first step you have to follow is to STICK TO THE BASIC i.e. you have to know the basic of everything you studied or you want a job on. The basic knowledge clears your perspective about the work you wanna do and what is your choice about. In IT Sector, you should have the knowledge of different algorithms, data structures etc. Many people start their learning from technologies like BIG DATA, Machine Learning etc. Remember one thing Learning is like stairs not a slide. You need to follow step-by-step rule. You must know how and when to use them. Please note that Skills are practical implementation of the knowledge. For developing a skill we need to follow the Intermediate Step.

Intermediate:

The skills defines your interest and working ability. Those skills are the raw materials for the company you want to work. So for developing a skill set you need to practice and make your hands dirty. Start from building something simple like notepad app, gallery app etc. Gradually you will learn how to deal with problems and apply your skill set to solve them. Upto this step, you can get a decent job and live your life happily, but for those who want nothing but a better life and want to see themselves on the edge of technology, you need to follow the last step.

Expert:

This step requires the focus along with the strategy you have in your mind. For this you need the beast inside you to come out. This requires a different you. A motivation that ignites you to do more.

You have to use the skills you developed to solve Real-Life Problem of your surroundings. This actually requires more. You have to use your skills to develop a product. If that product is efficient enough to attract the public then you can not only get a job but can start a startup. The ideology behind this is very simple you have to work hard to achieve your goal.

Thanks for reading it. Cheers!!!!
